3. Description of Services

Mailmine is an application that allows users to input keywords, crawl the internet, scrape relevant email addresses, and export them for business purposes.


4. Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Services.

4.2 Business Use

  • The Services are intended solely for business-to-business (B2B) communications and use.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Compliance with Laws

  • You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR"), and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 ("PECR").

6. Payment and Credits

6.1 Credits System

  • The Services operate on a credits-based system. One (1) credit allows you to crawl one (1) website with the following limitations:

    • Maximum Crawl Depth: Up to three (3) levels deep.
    • Maximum Links Crawled: Up to five hundred (500) links.
    • Email Extraction Limit: Up to five (5) email addresses per domain, whichever limit is reached first.

6.2 Purchasing Credits

  • Credits can be purchased through the Services using accepted payment methods. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

6.3 Pricing and Changes

  • Prices for credits are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the credits system or pricing structure at our sole discretion.

6.4 No Refund Policy

  • All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you agree that you will not be entitled to any refund or exchange for unused credits.

6.5 Credit Expiration

  • Purchased credits may have an expiration date. Please refer to your account details for information on credit validity periods.

6.6 Billing Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge your specified payment method for any credits purchased.

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes imposed on your purchase or use of the Services.
